Arijit brings a diverse set of experiences to the firm and its portfolio companies, having worked across multiple domains in financial services, health care and retail. His investments at Trifecta Capital span across health care, mobility, education, consumer brands, fintech and B2B services - both e-commerce and SaaS.
He loves the journey of building something new, especially in areas where technology can create non-linear value. He is also a foodie as well as a voracious reader interested in philosophy, economics, history and science communication. Further, he is an animal lover who dotes on his pet cat.

Previously a founder of a Fintech startup, Tavaga, India’s first goal-based passive investment platform.
Led expansion strategy, store performance improvement drives and margin initiatives at Pantaloons as Executive Assistant to the CEO, helping to implement a turnaround in profitability during its turbulent post-acquisition phase.
Was a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey, where he served several of India’s largest financial institutions across areas such as driving growth, improving sales and collection force effectiveness, and capital management.
Before his MBA, laid the foundations for a sustainable primary health care business, Sugha Vazhvu, which he led as CEO. He also developed models of equity trading liquidity for Lehman Brothers.
